Here is my attempt at making some FDM Stick Ends for the Radiomaster Pocket.

I originally purchased RushFPV Thumb Stick Ends; however, found that due to the smaller gimbals I couldn't make them a comparable length to the original Pocket sticks.

The sticks I have designed have a base diameter of 8mm and are 22mm tall (both not including spikes). The stick is printed vertically and requires you to pause the print so that a m3 nut can be dropped into the top section. Once the print has finished, make a suitable length M3 stud and loctite it into the nut in the stick end.

I have printed the model in PLA using a 0.2 mm nozzle due to the spikes being quite small, you might get reasonable results with 0.4 mm nozzle, possibly with Arachne mode enabled during slicing.

In addition to the 22mm height stick I have included a much taller 35mm version. If you want a different height stick end just use this version and lower it into the print bed to make your preferred length.

In addition to the sticks, I have modeled a replacement nano expansion bay cover that contains holders for the stick ends. I have printed this out of TPU so that it can flex slightly to get the sticks in and out.

There is a slightly deeper version if you decide to print the taller stick ends.

Cheers

Rob
