Filament Clip & Spool Adapter for eSun – AMS

This adapter is specifically designed for 1kg eSun filament cardboard spools to:

• Ensure smooth and reliable rotation within the Bambu Lab AMS system.
• Prevent cardboard debris from depositing inside the AMS system.

Notes:

• Tested on eSun PLA+ spools with optimal fit and stability.
• Compatibility may include other eSun cardboard filament spools.
• Printed using PLA or PETG at a 0.2mm layer height for maximum precision.

Considerations:

• Print Material: We recommend using PLA or PETG to minimize deformation due to humidity changes.
• Moisture and Fit: Cardboard spools can expand when exposed to humidity. If needed, use a filament dryer to restore the original dimensions.
• AMS Lid Clearance: The adapter is smaller than the official AMS clearance limit (202mm). However, if issues arise, consider using an AMS Lid Riser for additional space.
