Lionel Fastrack Turnout Switch for O Scale Track

This is an add on item for any Lionel Fastrack O Scale manual switch. Rather than paying 2X the price for a remote option vs a manual option, I designed this servo unit to do the same task.

 

Using a 9 gram servo and a servo controller, you can install this unit and actuate the switch. Designed to replace the manual system, just unscrew the two screws that join the existing manual throw and install this one. Ensure the nub aligns to the hole on the switch.

 

This is a working concept, changes may come later on as I discover upgrades that may be needed.

I have a spool of wire on hand, and thin strand wire can be used to make extensions.
