You will need some needle-nose pliers and do the following very gently.
If you are lucky, on the first attempt, they will be detached already. You may need to do this on the two sides of the inner walls. Otherwise, try method 2 below.
Squeeze the little joints connecting the Mount and the Cover. Again, do it very gently or they may break! See the picture below. As you do it, you should hear 4 click/pop sounds indicating they are getting detached.
Once the cover is successfully released, the next time they will become a quick-release and snap-fit component! :)
For long-term use and more durable print, I'd recommend using PETG. I noticed that with PLA, the component could come loose over time.
