Cute Magnet Fishing Set - The Fish Dish

Print this cute magnet fishing set to keep in your bag so you always have a fun, quiet way to entertain some kiddos. There is a latch to hold the lid shut and a slot to keep the fishing poles and “hooks” (magnets).

Fish are not included, but you can use anything with a staple in it or a paperclip on it. Mine are hand-stitched felt with a paperclip inside (thank you to my lovely wife).

You can use any size of magnet, just change the size of the negative modifier on the hook body. After scaling, you will have to move it in the z-direction to be on the bed. I think you just set the z-value to ½ the height of the cylinder.

Print the plate with the pole and hook twice, in different colors if you would like. I did not duplicate it in the 3mf to avoid needing to modify the Magnet Hole twice.

Glue the magnet into the “hook”, tie it together with a length of string or thread, and happy fishing!

p.s. The colors that I used are the four in this set by Elegoo. Pink, Purple, Sky blue, and Sea Green.
