Bunnings Montgomery Parts Drawer inserts

Added two new designs - the first two print profiles.

Improvements:

• Increased height of divider but also added cut-out for draw stop to pass through.
• Reduced width by 1mm - clear drawer less likely to squeeze draw divider upwards.

• Reduced bottom fillet diameter

  Here I’ve designed some 2, 3, & 4 bay drawer inserts for the Montgomery 60 drawer organiser. I found the original slide-in divider to be very frustrating. Parts would get wedged underneath and jam up the drawer.

• I’ve include 3 wall thicknesses: 1.6mm, 1.2mm and 0.8mm - I used Bambu Marble PLA at 1.6mm as I like them strong. You can probably go thinner with PETG. 
   

• No supports, 0.28 layer height, 0.4mm nozzle.

   

• Files for PETG-HF and PLA Tough.
  Only tested on the Bunnings version of this organiser.

FYI, for those not in Australia, Bunnings is our biggest hardware store in the country.
