Airsoft Grenade FlipTop V2

This is an additional part for my Airsoft Grenade system, it is a Flip Top fuse that requires slightly less hardware than my twist top version, whilst not having any parts that detatch during use. It is sized for v2 6mm components, but should work just fine with the v1.

Printing

You will need to print this with supports, or at the very least clean up to make the lugs on the side of the spoon more rounded.

The fuse, as with all versions, i print with 4 walls at 25% infill of PLA+, less than that tends to break easily. The spoon I would print similarly, but it is not as urgent. 

Assembly

 The spoon should just press fit into the holes in the fuse. Assemble the spring and bolt system exactly as you would have a v1 or v2, it uses the same striker, sears, and spring.

Usage

Lift the spoon and pivot it all the way open before cocking the mechanism, once the spring is cocked and the sear is on it's catch shelf you should be able to close the spoon, it is a close fit and the spoon will push the sear firmly onto its shelf and hold it in place. Whilst the spoon is closed and level with the top of the fuse the mechanism is safe and cannot be accidentally triggered.  Flip the spoon open before throwing the grenade.
