Original Release:

A user Denjo (@user_3709885407) requested an updated version of my X1C P1P P1S Poop Chute Bin which has a cover so their cat wouldn't spread printer poops around the house or potentially choke on them. So I made a modification to my original design to incorporate a lid, and made a few geometry tweaks from previous users notes and requests. During this change I redrew the part in Onshape instead of Solidworks. I did this so it would be easier for people to make modifications they need for alternate configurations. That native Onshape file is linked below. I have also included STEP file exports under the “Download STL/CAD Files” button.

A few notes, the Deflector has some support because there is a grooved undercut which allows it to slide in from the front of the lid. Removal of that support can be tricky since the gap is small but a small flat blade screw driver or needle nose pliers worked well for me. 

There are a few configurations you can choose from. Denjo uses a paver under the printer so I made him an extended version to allow for 60mm extra clearance (patio paver + foam insulating pad). In addition for the standard height configuration I designed an optional riser incase someone adds a paver later and doesn't want to reprint the whole bin. I have also added Hula Foot, Bambu Antivibration Feet, and 20mm Foam Pad compatible versions.

I have included a spot for Qty:3 - 10mm x 3mm magnets. This isn't required for use, but adds a satisfying grip when it slides into position. The rear spool holder still works when Bambu filament spools are used, for other size spools your milage may vary since there are so many sizes and geometries of spools out there.
