Description

A simple box measured around the dimensions of regular double edged razor blades. The lid should slide in and out without too much resistance but still stay put when closed. Tolerances can be changed with the .step files included.

 

“Rakblad” is Swedish for razorblade. The text is added as a negative part in the slicer so you can change/delete it according to your preferences.

Parametric design for 3D printing


Open the .step file in your preferred CAD program and look for “parameters”

Change the favourited parameters for box width and length to suit your needs. The number of dividers in the box is also parametrically defined in the same list.

Print settings


The included files are suggestions that have worked for me. Other settings will probably work just as well or better, you know your own printer best. I have included my settings in the provided print profiles (the .3mf files)

Filament: PLA and PETG should work just fine.
