*Improved* Standard Syringe to 6mm dowel conectors

IMPROVED DESIGN from my recent post https://makerworld.com/en/models/896083#profileId-854159

The last design had more material than required to print a solid and strong bracket; these designs have material removed for faster printing and less filament needed, whilst keeping the necessary strength.

Batch printing 100x of each is around 27% faster and uses 25% less material.

ORIGINAL POST

Standard plastic syringe to 6mm wooden dowel connector/adaptor. Used for a school engineering project to control a laser-cut MDF hydraulic arm (image is not mine). 2 syringes are connected (1 attached to a moving component and the other controlled by the user) with gardening reticulation tubing.

0.2mm layer height and no supports required.

For Bambu P1S (and other similar sized build plates) 100x push ends per plate and 50x nozzle ends per plate can be batch printed.
