Storm Trooper Valve Stem Caps

Storm Trooper Valve Stem Caps I designed to gift a friend who's a Star Wars fan. Standard valve stem caps should fit most tires. The file is ready for AMS use with black and white. You can also print in one color and paint the details after if you prefer less filament changes and a faster print. Came out great using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.16mm layer height. Feel free to change layer height to 0.12mm (longer print time) for better details and less layer lines.

1/8/2025 UPDATE: Added NEW print profile with the valve caps oriented UPSIDE DOWN for a cleaner print with minimal supports. I suggest using this new print profile and printing upside as the support simply acts as the brim, thus no supports to remove around the threading.

12/25/2024 UPDATE: OPTIMIZED FOR STRONGER THREADING. I strongly suggest printing the TEST PRINT profile first. It has one cap single color to make sure it fits your valve before printing the entire plate.
