AceR9 VR PCC handset

This is a functional print to be used with Ace VR shooting app FCU. It is designed to accept the Arctus FCU and allow to train with a realistic grip, trigger placement, stock placement and magazine reload as if you were training with a real PCC (aside from trigger weight & shape and safety).

This is not a firearm and not intended to be used as a model to make a firearm out of.

Required Hardware:
1x AR-15 mag catch spring OR 1x compression spring (outer diameter 7mm, wire thickness 0.5mm, length 20mm)
4x DIN 912 socket head M3 30mm screws
4x DIN 934 M3 nuts
1x DIN 912 socket head M6 25mm screw
1x DIN 6797 M6 washer - optional
1x AR-15 trigger pin OR 1x 4mm pin 22mm length
1x M6 square nut 11mm x 8mm x 4mm (4 mm height) OR cut a hex nut to size
1x AR-15 safety detent pin - optional
1x AR-15 safety detent spring - optional
1x AR-15 pistol grip - optional, print file exists
1x AR-15 buffer tube - optional, print file exists
1x AR-15 castle nut - optional, print file exists
1x AR-15 end plate - optional, print file exists
1x AR-15 stock - optional, print file exists
Some way to reliably assemble printed stock (share parts list if you find any) - required only for supplied printed stock file
1x AR-15 barrel nut and handguards (need to find/create good files, send some links if you have any)

Lower Assembly instructions:
Insert M6 nut to lower reciever. You can use the screw to push it from the top and to pull from the button.
Insert safety to place (may be tough, insert and rotate slowly to smooth it out).
Install pistol grip using M6 screw and washer. Remember to install safety detent pin spring.
Before assembling the trigger, verify the trigger pin goes through the trigger and lower without too much resistance. Use a 4mm drill if necessary.
Drop trigger to place and install trigger pin.
Insert mag release spring to place.
Push the mag release spring inside in order to install internal mag release mechanism. Secure mechanism with M3 screw and nut.
Install external mag release lever. Secure lever with M3 screw and nut.
Move safety to fire, drop the long vertical trigger bar in place, full side facing forward. Try to switch safety to safe. If you feel resistance, turn the bar around. While safe the vertical trigger bar should not fall from the lower.
Install buffer tube and stock.

Upper Assembly instructions:
Shorter link should be installed to the rear of the upper, longer side to the rear. Secure uing M3 screw and nut.
Longer link should be installed to the front of the upper, longer side to the front. The front link should be below the rear link.
Drop the short vertical trigger bar (T shaped) to it's place. The arms of the T should be in line with the direction of where a barrel would go (you will not be able to press the trigger if installed rotated).
Drop Ace FCU in and secure using original pins.
Install barrel nut and handguards.
