Hallo zusammen,

ich habe hier einmal alle Varianten meines Gehäuse für den Bitaxe Gamma für euch zusammen gestellt. Ich denke für den Bitaxe Supra wird das Gehäuse auch passen, habe ich aber noch nicht Probiert. diesbezüglich gerne mal Feedback da lassen ob das passt.

Alle Dateien können ohne Stützen gedruckt werden. Ich habe das Standard 0.2mm Strength Profil im BambuStudio zu drucken genutzt. Bei AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Top muss als Wandgenerator "Arachne" gewählt werden, damit die Schrift sauber gedruckt wird.

Im Ordner "Melt-in threads" sind 3 Versionen des Unterteils, wo Einschmelzgewinde eingesetzt werden. 
1. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom M3 insert Threads - 4x Rutex RX-M3x5.7
2. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom 4010 Backfan M3 insert Threads - 4x Ruthex RX-M3x5.7; 4x RX-M3Sx4.0
3. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom 4020 Backfan M3 insert Threads  - 4x Ruthex RX-M3x5.7; 4x RX-M3Sx4.0

Die Unterteile drucken und im Anschluß die Einschmelzgewinde von Rutex einschmelzen. So kann das Gehäuse öfters montiert und demontiert werden, ohne dass der Kunststoff kaputt geht.

Im Ordner "Direct screw" sind die 3 Versionen des Unterteils, wo mit der Schraube direkt ins den Kunststoff geschraubt wird.

1. AP3D-Bitaxe_Case_Bottom_direct screw
2. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom 4010 Backfan_direct screw
3. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom 4020 Backfan_direct screw

Die Dateien: AP3D_Bitaxe Stand Backfan; AP3D_Bitaxe Stand; AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Top sind mit allen 6 Versionen des Unterteils kompatibel.
Die Datei AP3D_Bitaxe Stand Backfan habe ich noch nicht gedruckt und kann nicht sagen, ob das so funktioniert.

Hello everyone,

I have put together all the variants of my case for the Bitaxe Gamma for you here. I think the case will also fit the Bitaxe Supra, but I haven't tried it yet. Please feel free to leave feedback on this whether it fits.

All files can be printed without supports. I used the standard 0.2mm thickness profile in BambuStudio to print. For AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Top, "Arachne" must be selected as the wall generator so that the font is printed cleanly.

In the "Melt-in threads" folder there are 3 versions of the lower part where melt-in threads are used. 
1. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom M3 insert Threads - 4x Rutex RX-M3x5.7
2. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom 4010 Backfan M3 insert Threads - 4x Ruthex RX-M3x5.7; 4x RX-M3Sx4.0
3. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom 4020 Backfan M3 insert Threads - 4x Ruthex RX-M3x5.7; 4x RX-M3Sx4.0

Print the lower parts and then melt the Rutex threads. This means that the housing can be assembled and disassembled frequently without the plastic breaking.

The "Direct screw" folder contains the 3 versions of the lower part, where the screw is screwed directly into the plastic.

3. AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Bottom 4020 Backfan_direct screw

The files: AP3D_Bitaxe Stand Backfan; AP3D_Bitaxe Stand; AP3D_Bitaxe_Case_Top are compatible with all 6 versions of the base.
I haven't printed the AP3D_Bitaxe Stand Backfan file yet and can't say whether it works that way.
