[PET-G] BRICK Sorting Bins with a compliant lock

Bins for sorting toy bricks (like LEG0) by size.

It's made to fit IKEA BILLY while using full plate of A1/P1/X1 printers.

 

I made 3 versions of this sorter:

250x250mm original, compatible with PLA:

Part of the model is a comliant locking mechanism that helps bins to stay together while sorting/shaking. Depending on your material it should be strong enough to hold together without brinks inside.

This is a version with stronger lock but only for PET-G as PLA is too brittle for this design.
