Kayak Claw Anchor Storage

This anchor storage solution attaches to the gear track on a fishing kayak and holds a 3lb claw anchor, and provides a hook on the side to hold a spool of line. By putting an eye-bolt at the front, the anchor-storage provides a place to clip the anchor-line.

Mount to the kayak with 1/4" bolts & t-nuts. See my hex-nut holder design for a helpful tool there.

Designed and printed this for my kayak (Vibe Shearwater 125) and it works well. I will use it throughout this summer and possibly update the design over the winter again.

I printed this in PETG, back-side (the part with the fish-shaped drainage) on the bed. I needed extra supports to go up the base past the lowest hole, but maybe you won't? Use a high-infill for strength. It's big and takes a long time to print!
