Description
Heavy Duty 6 battery caddy made for Milwaukee M18 tools. The handle is 21mm (.83") thick. I recommend printing this with a gyroid infill and 3+ walls. In that configuration and in colour it will use about 428g of filament.
I have tested this up to the XC 8.0 Battery and it fits with plenty of room to spare. Batteries snap in easily and lock into place.
If you put batteries on both sides it will sit flat, if you load all your batteries onto one side it will lean to the one side.
Milwaukee Logo is flush in the handle so that carrying comfort is not effected.
Support is only required for the handle. Best print results are had using PETG (if printing in PLA) or support material for the “support/raft interface”. The difference in material does not stick together and makes the supports fall off with ease at the end of your print. My print profile uses PETG as this interface to make it easy for you. Total print time is approximately 10h45m using my profile.
