Any time you remove the wheel from a bicycle with hydraulic disk brakes, it is vital to install a brake disk spacer. This prevents the caliper from being damaged if the brake lever is accidentally bumped or pulled. Commercial versions of this tool are sold for only a couple of dollars each. but why buy what you can make? I always carry one incase i need to remove a front wheel for maintenance or transportation. 

This model is tested with, and fits, Shimano and Tektro hydraulic brakes. it clips onto the pad retention screw and does not fall off. Quick and easy installation and removal. 

I designed these to be easy to print, and be lighter than the commercial options, so it can always be with your bike toolkit. Tucks easily into a pocket, seat bag, or pouch. 

Model designed for easy printing in PETG, ABS, and ASA. you should also have no problem printing in PLA.
