Modular stackable Rack for Minis Forum MS-01

Includes

• Bottom piece with rubber feet
• two-parted separator piece for placing two MS-01 on top of each other
• Stackable PSU-holder with rubber feet for the lowest

The rubber feet have to be printed with TPU or comparable flex filament.

BOM

• 4x Threaded insert M3 x 5.7 per separator
• 4x M3 x 10mm or 12mm screw per separator

Assembly instructions

First MS-01

• You always need at least one bottom piece (plate 3), one psu-holder (plate 5) and the rubber feet on plate 4.
• put the rubber feet on the plastic parts
• place the MS-01 onto the bottom piece and the psu into the holder.
• assembly done

Each additional MS-01

• for each additional MS-01 you need a separator_bottom (plate 1), a separator_top (plate 2) and a psu-holder (plate 5)
• further you need 4 threaded inserts M3 x 5.7 and 4 M3 x 12mm screws
• melt the threaded inserts in the separator_top 
• screw the separator_bottom and separator_top together using the M3 screws
• place the assembled separator on top of the previous MS-01 and place the current MS-01 onto the separator.
• place the psu into its holder and stack the holder ontop of the previous psu-holder
• repeat these steps for every further MS-01/psu

Notes

• The three parts bottom piece, separator_bottom and separator_top share basically the same geometry. The only difference is the presence of blind holes, sack holes or no holes at all.
