Small box for the Pokemon Academy (damage chips)

I have created a small box for my son to store Pokemon Academy damage chips. The box fits perfectly in the game box.

For the design, I got some inspiration from BorgoTechSpace's small box, although I designed it entirely in Fusion 360.

 

The box is 108 x 50 x 15mm, it features a magnetic lid, held in place with a total of four 4x2 magnets. The magnets are press-fit on the parts, very easy to install.

It takes 1h15min to pint and uses 33g of plastic. I used PLA.

 

Note - I improved the design after printing a pair:

• Shallower logo for less material use and poop reduction
• Notch to ease removing the lid (especially single handed)
• Improved slicer settings to improve logo quality

The box and its lid are made of 3 parts : black, yellow and blue.
You can change the colors easily by going to OBJECTS and then switching to your color choice. I did print an early prototype in Black & Yellow and it was very nice too!
