Description

Incredible Rolling Objects which aren't Spheres!

Discover the beauty of motion with this 3D-printable oloid model, an object that captivates with its smooth, rolling movement.

Designed for playful exploration and hands-on education, the oloid demonstrates fascinating principles of geometry and physics. Its unique shape ensures that its entire surface contacts the ground as it rolls, offering a practical way to understand concepts such as surface area and the motion of the center of mass.

The oloid’s rolling motion is deeply tied to its center of mass, which follows a smooth, sinusoidal trajectory. This characteristic allows for engaging experiments and games, making it ideal for sparking curiosity in students and enthusiasts alike.
Whether used in classrooms or at home, this model transforms learning into an interactive and entertaining experience.

Print your oloid today and bring the wonders of physics into your hands!

  • Test Stability:
