Settlers of Catan - 2D frame 5-6 player expansion

I did the 4 player frame a while ago and got a lot of requests for the 5-6 player expansion. I wanted a add-on which can use the pieces already printed for the 4 player version. Took a few iterations and problem solving to fit onto a build plate and reuse the 4 player frames. 

Features:

Replacement frame for Settlers of Catan board game - expansion pack 5-6 player. Does not include the base game frame

Provides a stable tray to hold the tiles in place during play

Enables play on softer surfaces which otherwise is impossible

Frame sits perfectly flush with the tiles, so edge roads and settlements are not tilted

Provides precision cutouts for putting the port tiles in, so they also dont move

Assembly and disassembly is quick and easy

Printing:

Five different frame pieces that are to be printed , 2x CatanFrameC , 2x CatanFrameD and 1x CatanFrameE

You also need the six frames from the base game which I have designed. 

CatanFrameC has one slot for a port, while CatanFrameD has no ports. CatanFrameE is the central piece

Assemble by alternating the frame pieces. See attached photo or game instructions 

PLA with 0.2mm layer works well

Ensure your plate is level as the parts can have issues if the plate is way off.
