This quick printed disc makes the cheap hand operated vaccum pumps as fast, maybe faster than electric pumps.

 

This vaccum ring is wide open for radial airflow and greatly increases the suction velocity.

The wide base diameter creates a stable base for the pump and keeps the seal leakfree over time. 

 

 

Prints fast in PLA without supports. If you encounter drooping overhangs, slow down the printing.

It is specifically designed for the following print settings:

• 1 wall (Important to avoid need for support)
• No scarf seam
• Random line starts
• Arachne
• Concentric top, bottom, and infill
• .2mm layers
• .4mm nozzle diameter
