CHANGES IN V2.0

• Slightly increased capacity for a less snug fit
• Thicker back panel for increased rigidity
• Knob handle added for easier open/close
• Locking detents changed for easier rotation
• Groves added to back in place of indent features
• Pre-modeled Support added for knob

PRINTING RECCOMENDATIONS

 

I recommend PETG but tbh I printed some in PLA and they feel pretty strong. Your results may vary!  

 

My print profiles has the model positioned in the best orientation for strength. 

 

Print as-is and do not enable supports - the pre-modeled support is all that should be needed and can be easily removed. 

 

Enabling supports will cause the lock mechanism to bind. 

 

After printing, the lock mechanism should rotate freely but will become smoother with use.
