Bambulab Honey Spool Reusable A1 Mini

 

I have updated my previous design of a reusable spool, specifically made for original Bamboo refills, and printable with the Bamboo Lab A1 Mini. This new version has been redesigned to fit perfectly within the print volume of the A1 Mini, while still being compatible with larger print beds for those who want to save a few grams of filament.

 

The spool is fully compatible with official Bamboo Lab refills and features a dedicated notch to secure the cardboard core of the refill. Additionally, it includes an integrated filament clip on the inner edge of the spool, carefully designed to avoid any interference with filament unwinding or functionality in both the AMS and AMS Lite systems.

 

If you are using the standard AMS, I recommend printing the spool in PETG or ASA for better heat resistance. However, based on my experience, even PLA works just fine without any issues.
