Vacuum Boom Arm

 

I made a Vacuum Boom Arm for my CNC Dust Collection. It is made from 1 inch aluminum tubing with 3D Printed joints and mounting brackets for the hose. 

 

 

BOM: 

 

Required: 

1" Aluminum Tubing cut to your machine size

11x M5 x 40mm Round Head Screws

11x M5 Hex Nuts

4x M5 Heat Insert (for the base to fasten the lazy susan hardware) 

4x M5 x 20mm countersunk screw 

4x #8 screws to mount the lazy susan hardware to your table

4x Flat Washer as a spacer between the lazy susan hardware and the table surface

1x 4" Lazy Susan Hardware

Optional:

 

1x ¼" bike trailer pin for quick removal from the base or you can just use a ¼" bolt to fasten the tubing
