XL Mud Guard for Fox 34 / Fox 36 / Fox 38 forks

This is a large mud guard for Fox forks. Designed and verified to fit on a Fox 38 and Fox 36, but also Fox 34 without the bleed port supports.

I recommend to print it in PETG (around 125 gram) or PAHT-CF (around 85 gram) to last for a long time in outdoor use.

 

Click on Process > Objects to optionally remove the Fox logo or Bleed Port Supports (for Fox 34).

 

 

Assembly:

• Use two M3 screws and nuts to align the rear and front part of the mud guard
• Fox 36 and 38: Remove the bleed ports on each leg of your Fox fork, and then remove the plastic washers
• Use two M3x10 screws or longer and two M3 washers to mount the mud guard to the fork bridge
• Fox 36 and 38: Reattach the bleed ports through the supports of the mud guard  (without the plastic washer on each bleed port)

The mud guard can also be used without the front or rear part if you wish.
