Bambulab plate placement guide.

I was getting a little frustrated getting the plate down on the bed “just right”. You know the drill, drop the bed, looks a little off. Pick up the front , move it over a bit, lower the plate. Rinse and Repeat.

I grabbed a filament tag and held that on the side and butted the plate against it. Better, but still not perfect.

So I took some measurements and slapped this little widget together. Attach it to the right side of the bed as shown. With your right hand, hold the widget against the bed. with your left hand, put the back of the plate against the “Y” stops and slide it to the right against the widget. Lower the plate, remove the widget and start printing.

Perfect placement every time.
