Poop chute for X&P-series

Version 2.1:

Adapter plate and slide can now be used without magnets.
The adapter plate has lateral guides into which the slide is inserted.  The slide can now be attached without removing the AMS hub!

 

 

Nothing has changed in the slide. If you want to install the version without magnets, the programmed stop in the print profile can simply be skipped 😉

Attach this chute to your printer and direct the poop wherever you want - customizable in different lengths and angles - depending on your needs. No more unnecessary poop on the work place …

 

 

 

The adapter plate is fitted with 4 magnets (Ø8x2mm - see BOM below or buy here) during printing and then screwed to the printer.

 

 

 

The slide is also equipped with 4 magnets and is only attached. Pay attention to the polarity (+/-) when inserting the magnets!

It is best to test it on the adapter plate and mark the side for insertion.

 

 

 

Now you can print the channels as you wish and simply plug them together.

 

 

When I found my setup for perfect disposal, I also glued the channels together. 

The slide can be easily installed or removed using the magnets, e.g. for maintenance work on the printer.

 

 

In the print profile you will find the following:

• Adapter plate
• Chute
• Channel straight 50mm - 100mm - 200mm
• Angle 30° & 45° over the short side

• Angle 30° & 45° over the long side
