DESCRIPTION

READ FIRST before you decide to start work on this

In order to make the mechanism reliable and precise, this project requires some manual grinding, drilling and some mechanical parts. Please carefully go through the attached assembly instructions during assembly. Even after, it might happen you will need to do some undocumented post-processing. In short, this project requires someone moderately skillful.

IF YOU ARE OUTSOURCING 3D MODEL – DON’T HAVE 3D PRINTER

If you decide to ask someone to print models for you, would be good to ask for more pieces to have some backup if you make mistake during the post-processing. The total raw material cost shouldn’t be more than 4$ for the whole assembly. Total print time is around 8 hours on average speed.

COMPATIBILITY

• Model is tested on Weihrauch HW 97, 4.5mm with synthetic stock. Compatibility with other stocks or HW 77 model is possible, but not guaranteed. Let me know if you test it.
• 5.5mm model compatibly – possible if you in magazine drill 5.5mm holes instead of 4.5mm. Not tested.

• I tested mechanism for over 100+ shots without any issue. But still don’t know what is real durability. Feel free to share your experiences.
• Whole setup weights around 100g
