Tap holder upgrade

2021/10/5 I designed a small hand tap holder that fixes the small hand tap. You don't need to buy a holder just print it out. Very simple. But I have found it is difficult to hold it steady to make a good thread. Now I modify the design. Add a ball bearing to help fix the tap holder firmly when rotating.
