Wave Supports

  Wave support module I use in many of my designs to include pre-baked and optimized supports. Best suited for flat overhang sections that are prone to sagging. It is recommended to offset the position of the wave by half of the external perimeter extrusion width of your printer to help support the first two perimeters. Printing with a single perimeter will support both the perimeter and infill to prevent sagging of either. This can be achieved with an extrusion width as low as 200 micron (0.2mm) which makes removal easier. Program can be used stand-alone, with a compatible customiser or called as a module. Use of this module to generate a model does not count as a derivative unless the original program was modified. Private derivatives are allowed for personal and single-case-basis use in commercial settings. This module may be uploaded with your project assuming it remains unmodified and attribution is awarded.
