Bicycle Handle Bar Basket

This is a mountable handle bar basket. Easily attaches via elastic bands such as hair binders or rubber bands. Basket holding weight varies based on the elastic bands used. Ninjaflex rubber band provided for those needing a elastic band with more strength to hold heavier items. Most weight I've carried in the basket is approximately 3.5 lbs (two 28 oz water bottles) with the NinjaFlex rubber band as the attachment. Basket design is composed of 4 pieces for ease of printing and to allow color customization. Depending on filament type and brand of filament, a little bit of super glue may be required to secure pieces of the basket to each other. Assembled, the basket is 211.63 mm x 123.93 mm x 163.85 mm. Best printed on printers 150 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm or larger. Print Settings: Basket:Print at a layer height of 0.3 mm with a fill of %15- %20%. NinjaFlex Rubber Band"Print in a 0.3 layer height with %100 fill. Rubber band design has only been tested with Ninjaflex filament. Assembly: Attach Top01 and Top02 Attach Bottom01 and Bottom02 Attach Top to Bottom Section. Apply superglue if need to secure parts.
