Description
Greetings, I got ahold of a Nintendo switch joycon and decided to make a controller holder with my 3d printer. I added a lanyard holder, and I am very pleased with how it turned out. This print can be purchased at https://www.etsy.com/listing/520900163/nintendo-switch-joycon-zelda-holder?ref=shop_home_feat_4 (they are the only store I gave a rights to to sell the print, and I made sure it was a good value) now down to the nitty gritty, the design requires a calibrated printer due to the tolerances I put in the model. the layer height is .1mm I dont use support material because i have sufficent airflow that i can achive over 60 degrees. it is a snug fit, but that was to take into acount the wear from use. for a looser fit, use the mrk.2 variant. i printed this in pla. i suggest using a file to widen the mouth of the channels on either side befor putting in the joy con. they will be snug, but not imposible to fit in.
