The Numb Dreadborne

The Numb stands on a 50.8mm/2inch base. This miniature comes with optional presupported files for resin printing. These files come as ready to go STL files or Lychee files if you wish to edit the supports for your custom needs.   The Numb The realm of Twilight, devoid of emotion and consumed by the shadows of Edyn. This dark realm is where the manifestations of despair can take form. These manifestations are called 'The Dreadborne' by scholars across Edyn. The Numb is the manifestation of a longing despair to feel something- anything. When someone has unresolved pain or trauma they have grown numb to and they enter The Twilight, there is a chance they manifest this Dreadborne. This looming creature slowly walks around as its four arms constantly writhe about. The forearm of each limb seems to be almost tendril like as it continuously slithers around like a snake or centipede. Each hand constantly grasps and claws aimlessly seeking the creature that brought it into existence.The chest of this strange creature is split open and whatever remains of its ribs stick out like blunt spines. The opening in its chest reveals the origin of its pain. A heart lined with spikes made of bone that pierce its flesh. Despite its dulled senses, The Numb is drawn to its creator - the origin of its dreadful existence. Similar to revenant, it is bound to this world by purpose. To escape its existence, to undo what made it. So it will endlessly seek out the creature that brought its pain into The Twilight. There will be an end to the bearer of this pain or the pain itself, one way or another.
