Available sizes Large – 1:35 of the actual size | Normal, Hollow & Pre-supported versions Description Varanus priscus, often called Megalania, was a giant prehistoric monitor lizard that lived during the Pleistocene in Australia. It is the largest known terrestrial lizard, possibly reaching lengths over 5 meters. Closely related to modern monitor lizards like the Komodo dragon, it was a powerful predator with strong limbs, sharp teeth, and a keen sense of smell. It likely hunted large mammals and reptiles, dominating its environment as an apex predator. Its size and hunting ability make Varanus priscus one of the most formidable reptiles to ever live on land. Additional Details Chitubox file provided if you want to resize the model. Care should be taken when removing supports. Using a heat gun or a blow dryer is highly recommended.
