SV08 Halo toolhead

These parts allow to use the stock fans at the correct height with the bambulab clone hotends, as well as to use the BTT Eddy probe with or without the stock probe.

There is also a new fanduct that eliminates the need for the rear 3510 fan.

There's different version available for the fan mount part :

• To use it with bambulab clone hotend (available here : https://www.printables.com/model/1000829)
• To use it with bambulab clone hotend with BTT Eddy
• To use it with SV08 original hotend
• To use it with SV08 original hotend with BTT Eddy

BOM:

• Heat insert are M3x4
• Screws are generally from the original toolhead, otherwise M3
• Mount of the 5020
  • M4x4 Heat insert for the bottom right
  • M4 nuts and washer for the top left
  • Screws are M4x25 or 30
