AtomRC Dolphin motor mount with adapter

As many do, I broke my balsa motor mount and need a stronger one. Similar to others I found, but using M3 threaded inserts instead of nuts or direct threading. Adapts to my motor plate (the stock one) at 16mm x 16mm.
