Description

Does your cat look bored outside a window?
Doesn't your old cat jump to her favorite spot anymore?
Is your cat in need for a new exciting toy?
Do you want to print something cool looking and useful for your cat?

Then you will need this fully 3D printed cat bridge! This nice bridge for your feline friend enhances their enviroment and also trains their muscels.  Suitable for cats every age :)

Bridge lenght: I testet up to 8 bridge pieces

Slip piece: print one for every bridge piece or use felt instead. Felt gives your cat even better grip. Just print one slip piece and use it as an template on the felt.

Material: mine is printed in Prusament PETG

Assembly: Follow the foto guide and glue your slip pieces in place.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you do not hang the finished bridge with too much slack, as most cats would not use it and the risk of coming acsedentaliy appart increases a lot. I do recomend to start out with a very tight bridge and maby adding 1-2 pieces later once your cat is used to the bridge.

I do highly recomend that you do have your cats age and fitness in mind when deciding the slack of the bridge. Older cats may only be able to use it with minimal slack.

Do not put your cat dirrectly on the bridge, they wont enjoy it and maby never try to use it again. Encourage your cat instead with food, or maby a toy to use it on theire own. This can take a whlie and depends on your cat.

Printing: make sure every bridge and link piece lays flat on the printing surface. If not, the print is weakend a lot. I used prusament PETG profile and draft settings (0.3mm) with 10 % infill and 3 perimeters. I do have a MK3S printer if that is of interest.
