Description

Prints in one piece - no assembly or screws required. It slots onto the right-hand side of the Joolz Air+ stroller where there is a little notch, as shown in the video. It rests on the bar, not the notch, so it should be pretty strong.

Not adjustable. Check it fits your cup before printing. The top inner diameter is 80mm and it tapers to 72.6mm at the bottom. I measured this to fit my KeepCup, plus a little. If you need other variations, let me know.

The step file includes two parts – the main body, and the 0.4mm-deep cup rim which you can use for coloring if you have a printer that supports it.

Settings:

  • No supports needed.
  • Suggest glue and/or higher bed temp to prevent it warping off the bed (mine warped a little, which you can see in the photos).
  • Suggest adding a brim.
  • Suggest printing at higher strength.

Assembly:

  • None!!

P.S. this took me ages to design and so many iterations. If you like it, please post your make!

A note about supports

I designed it to print without supports, but there is one place where my slicer (Orca) wants to print in thin air, even though it's a perfectly good place for a bridge IMO. This is an internal surface so it's not obvious and doesn't affect functionality, but if you know how to fix this, please let me know!
