Corner Soap Shower Shelf

this design started with The3Designer's model. I initially was just in need for a shower holder with suction cups. I liked his voronoi holder but I wanted it with a differnt color for the voronoi mesh. So I tried to make a few changes and edits here and there. And after a few hours I finally had a design I liked. The result is quite different from his. But since it originated from his model I publish it here as a remix.

Two types of holders with new design. One with a flat top, one with a curved top.
Changeble inserts with different patterns available e.g. voronoi mesh, curved lines, curved slots, hex pattern, a plate with sun & rays, full closed plate (more of a template for further pattern). See pictures.

For now I only printed the types I really like, which are: hex pattern, voronoi mesh and curved lines.

my print settings:

holders:
- filament = Elegoo Rapid PLA+ white
- 0,3 mm layer height @ 0,4 nozzle
- 3 perimeters
- 10% gyroid infill
- solid layer: 3 top & bot
- supports: yes, organic
- orientation as in the pictures

inserts:
- filament = Sunlu PLA+ grey
- 0,25 mm layer height @ 0,4 nozzle
- 4 perimeters
- 10% gyroid infill
- solid layer: 4 top & bot
- supports: no
- ironing on all surfaces

Important notes: 
All inserts have to be printed with a scaling (in slicer) of 99,5% in X and Y. Otherwise it might not fit. Z can stay 100%. A small test model for a scaling test is included.

Before printing all the models (holders and inserts) they have to be rotated once 180°. In the files the print surface of the models is looking up.

For the used suctions cups see the provided picture with the measurement. I ordered them here. This set from amazon contains multiple sizes. I am using the 30 mm type in this model.
Using screws or glue is also possible if you like. I prefer a removable option like these suction cups.

My suction cups fell of a few times so I made some hooks. I used double sided tesa tape.

update V1.1 - 16.10.2024

Added a stackable version of the flat holder variant 

I made a new variant of the flat version. Included is a new bottom/middle and a new top holder with mounting holes on top/bottom for stacking with the provided connector rods or with anything round with a 5 mm diameter. The holes are 5,20 mm by design so there should be still enough clearance. If not there is a small scaling dummy of the hole and the rod part included for optimizing a scaling factor. In the files are two rods provided with a stackable height of 100 mm each. One is round and one is hex shaped for easier printing on the side.

The last picture shows a render image of the stacked version with 2 levels. More level are possible, just print multiple “Holder-Flat-Stackable-Mid” and more connector rods. You then also need more suction cups.

I did not print this new stackable version myself. I had the idea for it during showering and it wanted out into the real world. So I add it here in case one needs more shelf room. 

Printing parameters and printing notes are the same as for V1.0.
