The extra bump on the lid is meant to prevent the camera from moving around too much, as it's not 100% snug. (I've left extra tolerance to make sure that it fits.) There's still a tiny bit of movement left in my case, so if you'd like to, you can try to increase the size of the bump, but it's also easy to fix by just placing a few layers of electrical tape at the bottom of the box.

Also, there's a notch on one side of the lid in order to make it easier to open.
