Saudi National Day 94 اليوم الوطني السعودي

السلام عليكم.
اقدم لكم تصميمي الثاني بخصوص اليوم الوطني السعودي 94.
في التصميم هذا سيكون شكل الشعار على شكل كأس بطولة مع قاعدة. 
تم رفع ملف التصميم باربع انواع صيغ للملفات STL-binary, STL-ASCII, 3mf and OBJ.
يمكنك تحديد لون الملفات لاحقا حسب المطلوب.
الرجاء ترتيب الملفات على سطح الطباعة حسب الطلب وجميع الملفات لا تحتاج الى دعم (فقط ملف الشعار يحتاج دعم تحت العامود)
ملاحظه مهمه / الرجاء طباعة ملف الشعار بارتفاع طبقة 0.28ملم او 0.30 ملم 

لا تقم بتكبير المجسم او تصغيره لكي لا يحدث اخطاء اثناء طباعة الخطوط
ملاحظه مهمه ثانيه / بخصوص ملف القالب فهو يستخدم لجعل ملف النص بالانحناء المطلوب للتثبيت على القاعدة.

الخطوات / يوضع النص المطبوع في وعاء ويوضع عليه ماء مغلي ((احذر من الماء الحار)) (لتللين المجسم) لمدة ثواني قليلة ثم يحمل المجسم المطبوع باستخدام الملقاط ويوضع داخل القالب وهو مايزال حار ومرن ويثبت بداخل قطعتين القالب لمدة دقايق حتى يبرد وياخذ شكل القالب المطلوب.

لمستخدمين سلايسر اوكا او بامبو استيديو / قم باختيار الملفات من نوع 3mf وبعد فتح الملف في السلايسر سوف تظهر لك رساله تفيد بان التصميم صغير للغايله هل تريد تكبير الملف اختر (لا)
وبعدها سوف تظهر رساله ثانيه تقول بان الملف يحتوي على ملفات كثيره هل تريد فتح الملف كمجسم واحد اختر (نعم)
وسوف تقوم بتعديل الملفات واختيار اللون حسب المطلوب من خانة المجسمات

Hello.

I present to you my second design regarding the 94th Saudi National Day.

In this design, the logo will be shaped like a world cup with a base.

The design file was uploaded in four types of file formats: STL-binary, STL-ASCII, 3mf and OBJ.

You can specify the color of the files later in slicer as required.

Please arrange the files on the slicer as requested and all files do not need support (only the logo file needs support under the rod)
Important note / Please print the logo file with a layer height of 0.28 mm or 0.30 mm with nozzle 0.4mm

Don't scale up or down 3d model so printed strings not get damage or unprintable.
Second important note / Regarding the mold file, it is used to make the text file curved with the required curvature to be fixed on the base.

Steps / The printed text is placed in a bowl and boiling water is placed on it ((Beware of hot water)) (to soften the printed text) for a few seconds, then the printed text is carried using tweezers and placed inside the mold while it is still hot and flexible and fixed inside the two pieces of the mold for a few minutes until it cold down and takes the desired mold shape.

For Orca or Bambu Studio slicer users / Choose 3mf files and after opening the file in the slicer, a message will appear stating that the design is too small. Do you want to scale the file? Choose (No).

After that, a second message will appear stating that the file contains many files. Do you want to open the file as a single object? Choose (Yes).

You will edit the files and choose the color as required from the objects tab.
