Extendible Clamp Rack for Jorgensen E-Z Hold

Clamp rack (or holder) for Jorgensen E-Z Hold bar clamps.

Multiple options exported as step format (3MF samples included for web preview). 

Mounting options:

• Wall mount: can be screwed to the wall but requires something to create a distance of at least 45mm to the wall
• Side mount: No holes for direct wall mounting (reduces printing time) but mountable only on the side. Requires M4 threaded rod (length as per intended rack size).
• Dual mount: Has holes of wall mount option plus a second one per “clamp” slot

Extending:

Multiple smaller racks can be connected for creating larger racks than what would fit on a printer. Connection requires wooden dowels 6x30mm.

Note: Dowels are optional for wall mounted systems (but help greatly with alignment and will also increase the overall strength)

Printing:

I printed mine in PLA with a 0.6mm nozzle, 0.28mm layer height, 3 Walls, cubic infill (15%), 4 top and bottom layers.

Note: settings are not that critical

Compact Case:

I used the side mount option to create a compact case (two racks placed back to back). Dimensions for this arrangement are included as pdf (see also last two photos).
