Indexing / dividing plate (Teilscheibe) for lathe Paulimot PM190-V or Optimum D180x300

The main part is the dividing plate fitting to the main spindle nut with:

• 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° indexes
• 1°, 5°, 15° marks
• and holes for fixing in 7,5° intervals

Best it is printed with a color change after the first 0.5mm for good contrast of the indexes. The thread can be used to clamp it on the nut for the case that the fit would become loosen some time (the print of the thread will not be perfect, due to the not ideal position, but after using it the first time it should do its job) .

The fixing screw fits to the thread, normally used for the cover and the reading clip can be attached to the steel sheet below the plate.

Depending on your printer / material, it could be that the fit of the fixing screw is not perfect. Then you have to measure and rescale the screw (somewhere between 97 and 103%) to get the best fit.
