easy to assemble and extremely versatile. using calculators online you can tailor this to any frequency of your liking and get a nice Vertical GP antenna for a few dollars. the most interesting feature is that its collapsible! it enable the user to store it away in a backpack, motorcycle, car without having to haul around a giant spider of an antenna! you could even use 2-3piece tent pole like sticks and make it for a lower frequency band like 10meters while still be compact!
