A FUSION STUDY on "THIN-WALL" structural joint for assembled Objects

I needed to create an object consisting of thin walls (in the examples the thickness is equal to 1.6 mm) to be printed in FMD technology and having the characteristic of being made up of two shells to be assembled on site so that the joint, once the two half-shells have been assembled, ensures the stability of the assembled whole.
This gave rise to a series of studies in FUSION in which the relative play between the two male and female parts of the joint is 0.1-0.2 mm.
For even more explanatory purposes, I refer you to the finished objects for which the need arose (corner pieces for panel mosquito nets version 2 compared to version 1 - see the reference  https://www.printables.com/model/272066-corner-for-panel-mosquito-nets-and-v2-second-remov )  whose creation is consistent with the objective of having a stable object.
By publishing this case study and related my original FUSION files, I intend to provoke a "competition" to search for possible alternative solutions and therefore have the most suitable solutions for the individual case.
