Der Forumslader ist ein effektives Ladegerät zum Laden von Mobiltelefonen/ Tablets für Fahrräder mit Nabendynamo. Ich denke, dass dieses Gehäuse sehr speziell ist, da wahrscheinlich nicht viele Leute genau dieses Ladegerät haben. Dennoch kann der eine oder andere Maker sicher Anregungen in der Konstruktion finden.

Das Gehäuse sollte recht kompakt sein, nicht vollkommen wasserdicht, aber ein paar Regentropfen vertragen. Die Bauteile im Inneren werden mit Kabelbindern befestigt (im Bild noch nicht zu sehen), entsprechende Laschen sind vorhanden. Es gibt ein transparentes Sichtfenster für die LED und einen Druckknopf aus TPU für den Taster. Der Taster ist mit Schrauben befestigt, die in Einschmelzgewinde eingeschraubt sind. Der Deckel ist mit einer Dichtung aus TPU versehen und wird mit Schrauben verschlossen. Hierfür sind ebenfalls Einschmelzgewinde verbaut. Die Einbaubuchsen USB/ Stromversorgung wurden mit 2K-Kleber befestigt.

The housing should be quite compact, not completely waterproof, but able to withstand a few raindrops. The components inside are fastened with cable ties (not yet visible in the picture), corresponding tabs are provided. There is a transparent viewing window for the LED and a TPU push-button for the push-button. The push-button is fastened with screws that are screwed into melt-in threads. The cover is fitted with a TPU seal and is closed with screws. Melt-in threads are also used for this. The USB/power supply sockets are attached with 2-component adhesive.
