Bike Wall Mount

This sleek and functional indoor bike wall mount is designed to securely hold your bicycle while adding a touch of minimalism to your space. The mount consists of three key components: a sturdy wooden rod, a durable wall bracket, and a soft contact surface to protect your bike from scratches. Installation is straightforward, requiring only a dowel and screw.

Wall bracket

The wall bracket should be printed with 4 perimeters and an infill of 80%. The mounting hole has a diameter of 5.3 mm (~ 0.21 inch) and fits a countersunk head.

Contact surface

In order to ensure a gentle yet firm grip on your bike, it is recommended to print the contact surface using a flexible material like TPU. To achieve the honey comb look, you need to set the top and bottom layers to zero and change the infill pattern to honey comb or something else of your preference.

Wooden rod

The wooden rods should have a diameter of 25 mm (~1 inch) and a length of 25 cm (~ 10 inch). Please note that the inner dimensions of both the wall mount and the contact surface should be adjusted to accommodate your 3D printer’s tolerance and the exact size of the wooden rod.
