Duet PanelDue 7i for Voron and 2020 Extrusion

This is a quick mod I came up with to mount a genuine PanelDue 7i to the front of my Voron using the great work done by:

driftology (Thing 4571677)

The changes inlcude:

1. Support for using a geniune PanelDue 7i (Instead of the Fysetc Clone one)
2. Access to the SD-Card Slot on the Panel 

I also provided alle the files you need for printing from them so you don't need to search for each file.
