Prusa GPIO "Hackerboard" Cover

Printed cover to mount the Prusa GPIO “Hackerboard” to the frame.

4x M3x6 BHCS or SHCS to mount the board to the cover
2x M3x10 SHCS to mount the cover to the frame

Wires route through the MMU pathway into the electronics enclosure.

Apologies for the quick revision.  
Shifted the board to the outside to help clear the toolhead umbilical.
Added a zip tie wire anchor point.
Made it just a tad thicker so most soldered in GPIO headers won't stick out too much.

2024/11/14 - R2,  Revised to work with GPIO board with different 2.5mm jack.  MMU passthrough in the default file to simplify things.

2024/10/1 - Added a version with a passthrough for the MMU cable.  It's a tight fit, but seems to work ok.
